Growing your coaching business as a new parent šŸ¤Ŗ

There is a social stigma around having kids ā€“ like your life is over and youā€™re making a huge mistakeā€¦ That kept me away from having kids earlier. Well, and also waiting to meet my husband šŸ™‚

As we are celebrating Leoā€™s šŸ¦ 1st year on Earth, Iā€™m so grateful to have woken up 365 days to his cute little face that has been changing every day.

And grateful to be experiencing a kind of love that I never knew existedā€¦

Yes, your life and identity do change when you have kids. But isnā€™t that what life is all about?

Changing, growing, and evolving as a person?

Weā€™re not meant to stay in the same place forever, holding on to who we were yesterday.

Itā€™s a great opportunity to learn the art of letting go and accepting the present moment as it is.

Having a baby is helping me grow spiritually almost as fast as an ayahuasca journey!

Of course, there are many challenges.

The first year of a babyā€™s life can be especially tough, and more support from the government, companies and businesses is sooooo needed!

Itā€™s not an easy road, but itā€™s one thatā€™s so worth traveling.

Donā€™t let societyā€™s negativity hold you back, if thatā€™s what has been stopping you.

If youā€™re a parent ā€“ Iā€™m curious to hear what were your biggest surprises (positive and negative) AFTER having a baby?
