I had enough watching my VERY talented coach-friends have to take on another job or side hustle because they couldn’t hack the business side of it!
 

Like them, I struggled a tonne after quitting my cushiony finance job in 2016 and free-falling into my Career Coaching business. Constantly worrying where to find coaching clients and how to use LinkedIn effectively.
 

Watching my last corporate bonus clock down every month, I couldn’t understand what I was missing!
 

Finally, I dropped my ego and hired a business mentor, which made ALL the difference. I realised – there is a system that WORKS, the step-by-step process that sets the foundations of your practice and turns it into a business with longevity.
 

Finally I could completely ignore all new LinkedIn new job alerts and spend my whole day just… coaching!
 

Since then I’ve been part of 4 other business programs designed specifically for coaches and it’s the deciding factor that helped me get booked out consistently every single month after that, charging between £2500-4500 for my career change coaching programs.

In 2021 I decided to devise all the best bits of my learnings into a program that can help other trained coaches hack the business side of it and feel confident you won’t need to get a job to supplement the income – can just fully focus on doing what you love.
