I feel so proud this week for allowing myself some extra ‘breathing’ space! I have:
1) CANCELLED a interview that I scheduled to record
2) allowed myself to SWITCH OFF from messages for half of the day every day
3) and even POPPED OFF a coaching call once or twice to feed my baby!
As you can tell – I have a tiny baby at home who is a WONDERFUL EXCUSE for everything in my life right now!
BUT
What I really wish for myself is that I asked for what I needed and said “NO” to things more often – BEFORE I had the baby…
Eg – if I needed that extra time in the day or in the week to recover my energy.

What would you love to say NO to? … And of course I wanna challenge you to go ahead and DO THAT! 🙂
I wish I could travel back in time and tell this to my pre-baby self.
