Chahinez is a CTI-certified coach who turned down high profile HR job offers to take a shot at building her Leadership & Career coaching practice, which is now a thriving business!
She has 15 years of experience in HR in oil&gas and worked in many locations around the world - from the US to Dubai, Iraq, UK and France. You can pretty much drop her in any location and she will make it feel like Home.
With such high profile career, it wasn't easy for Chahinez to decline a few very generous offers as she was evaluating her next steps.
And yet, she felt it was time for something new and even more fulfilling!
